SHIPPING
Pineapple Island Co. orders will be mailed out on Mondays and Thursdays barring holidays when USPS is closed. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped along with tracking information.

Should you receive a damaged package, please contact pineappleislandco@gmail.com and include a photo of your damaged order. ​No refunds for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, incorrect, or incomplete purchases.

LOCAL PICK UP
If you live near Palm Beach Gardens, FL you can skip the shipping fees with the free local pick up option at checkout. After placing your order, your order will typically be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days. We will send you an email and/or text when your order is ready along with instructions since we do not have a storefront at this time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
REFUNDS
All sales are final. However, if you'd like to change your order after it has been placed, email pineappleislandco@gmail.com within four hours of placing your order to modify it.
